L’Assemblage”, a company specialized in consulting and marketing in the niche of wines and spirits created by François Drounau in 2014, can already boast of having boosted the launch of several Spirit Valley products. In 2017, Osmoz Gin (Château Montifaud), Cream of Liqueur by Braastad (Cognac Tiffon), Rum Season (Tessendier distillery), Hardy Legend (Maison Hardy) and DistillationS American Oak Whiskey (Bache Gabrielsen) were put into orbit by “L ‘Assembly”. Today François Drounau’s company broadens its field of expertise and has an operations department to be entrusted to Cécile Bagot (photo), a specialist in production, quality and continuous improvement. This young woman, engineer, has worked for more than 15 years, in continuous improvement quality and management of industrial projects in the wines and spirits of the luxury industry. Certified “Black Belt Lean 6 Sigma”, Cécile Bagot masters Lean tools, such as 5S or Kaizen. She is now the only quality auditor certified by the ICA independent of the region. Gérard Guidier
